Sage's pick
“This candle is the perfect way to make sure I am dedicating a full 20 minutes to whatever mode of relaxation I choose that day and I assure you it is MUCH more zen than using the timer on my iPhone.”
Thankful for today, grateful for life, cherish every simple blessing.
Each candle burns for about twenty minutes. Try one as a gentle timer for meditation or breathwork, or as a flame for trataka drishti.
